Shahlini graduated from Universiti Malaya with a Second-Class Upper Honours Degree in 2023.
She joined the firm as a pupil. Called to the Malaysian Bar in 2024, and was retained as an associate with the firm.
Her practice centres on criminal defence, criminal advisory, and public interest litigation with exposure to a broad range of clientele.
She regularly appears as second-chair in a wide-range of criminal trials, hearings and appeals, contributing to strategic clarity, and composure under pressure.
Alongside her practice of criminal defence, Shahlini is actively committed to legal aid. Her advocacy extends to the recognition and protection of refugee rights in Malaysia.Her journey is grounded in a simple conviction: to keep showing up in service to others.
