

Collin is the Founder and Principal of Collin’s Law Chambers, with with vast experience in criminal litigation and courtroom advocacy. Known for his strategic, practical, and client-focused approach, he has represented individuals, corporations, and vulnerable communities in a wide range of criminal and public interest matters.
His areas of practice include criminal defence, human rights litigation, and constitutional challenges. Throughout his career, he has handled complex and high-profile cases while maintaining a strong commitment to justice and the rule of law.
Beyond legal practice, Collin is actively involved in the legal profession as an advocacy trainer, speaker, and elected member of the Malaysian Bar Council. He also contributes to legal aid initiatives and serves as Legal Counsel to the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR), reflecting his dedication to advancing access to justice and human rights.
